Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Kaziranga (200 kms / 6 hrs)
- Welcome: Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station.
- Transfer: Proceed to Kaziranga, home to the endangered one-horned rhinoceros.
- Sightseeing: Visit a nearby tea estate or leisure time.
- Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 02: Kaziranga Safari
- Early Morning: Elephant safari in the central range of Kaziranga.
- Wildlife: Spot rhinoceros, elephants, deer, and buffaloes.
- Optional: Jeep safari in the eastern range.
- Overnight: Stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.
Day 03: Kaziranga – Shillong (230 kms / 6-7 hrs)
- Morning: Depart for Shillong, ‘Scotland of the East’.
- En-route: Visit Umiam Lake (Barapani) for boating and scenic views.
- Evening: Explore Police Bazar in Shillong.

Day 04: Shillong to Cherrapunjee (60 kms)

Day 05: Cherrapunjee – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong
