Itinerary
Day 1: Guwahati – Shillong (98 km/3 hours)
- Arrival: Welcome at Guwahati Airport by Banasri Tourism Private Limited representative.
- Journey to Shillong: En route, enjoy the scenic beauty of Umiam Lake (Barapani) surrounded by lush hills.
- Check-in: Arrive in Shillong and check in at your hotel.
- Overnight: Stay in Shillong.
Day 2: Shillong – Cherrapunji
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Cherrapunji: Travel through lush green mountains with numerous waterfalls.
- Sightseeing En-route:
- Shillong Peak
- Elephant Falls
- Arrival in Cherrapunji: Visit Seven Sisters Falls and Eco Park.

Day 3: Cherrapunji Excursion
- Early Morning (5 AM): Journey to Double Decker Root Bridge.
- Trek: A 3000-step trek starting from Tyrna Village.
- Time: Approximately 5-6 hours round trip.
- Afternoon: Lunch and visit to:
- Nohkalikai Falls (tallest plunge waterfall in India)
- Mawsmai Cave
- Nohsngithiang Falls

Day 4: Cherrapunji – Mawlynnong – Dawki – Shillong
- Early Morning: Road journey to Mawlynnong, awarded ‘Cleanest Village in Asia’ in 2003.
- Sightseeing:

- Sightseeing:
- Journey to Dawki: Travel to the border town with a view of the Bangladesh plains.

- Evening: Return to Shillong.
